Vespa — bad servicing experience

Hi vespa team,

I am pragati gaykar, residing in pune, maharashtra. I bought a vespa vxl. Details of the same are as follows.
Date of purchase: 2nd march 2017
Invoice number: di[protected]
Chassis number: met0000daub016122
Engine number: m449m 3140002

First servicing was done on 7th april 2017 on km 724, in which the service people,
Covered 1st free servicing, oil treatment, consumables, teflon coating, buzzer and engine oil change, costing around
3100 rs. (Including amc offer). Manual invoice was generated for the same. As per the company records,
The entry for the 1st free servicing is shown on 17th may 2017 on 985kms.

On 15th june 2017, 2nd servicing was done on km 2942.in which oil change was not done.
As per the manager of the vespa service center told me, vespa service center changes oil on alternate servicing,
Which was again quite surprising.

Today morning, on 24th july 2017 while i was on my way to office, the vehicle suddenly stopped in the middle
Of the road. I tried to start it using starter, but was of full of vain.
Then i tried to start the bike using the kick, but the kick itself was completely jammed.
I contacted the vespa service center at around 12 pm. They told me that they will send the mechanic
At the place but it will take at least 3 hours. The distance from the service center is approx 25 kms and it takes hardly half an hour to reach the place where i was stuck.
Finally i had no option but to park my vehivle to a safer place nearby, which was great inconvinience
Because i have to carry my vehicle to the place by hiring a labour. Un-necessarily i had to skip my office.

At 3 pm, 2 mechanics from vespa service centre came for the inspection and after inspection concluded
That the engine has siezed due to lack of oil. Again it was very unusual for a new vehicle (4months old)
And recent service was done just month back.

When i enquired about the actual reason for the same, the service centre manager said that they will
Send the vehicle back to company for repairing the engine.
As per my information, engine sieze is a big issue and i am sure that the vehicle wont give the same performance
As a new vehicle should give. Also once the engine is opened for repair, it will continue giving some or the other issues.
This is not at all acceptable as the vehicle is just 4 months old and after repair there will be no assurance of the same performance.

Also i do not trust the service centre peopleany more. As even in the previous services, not a single problem reported from my side was solved.
Twice i have given negative feedback on which still no one have reverted.
I need a serious answer as it is not acceptable from a re-known company like vespa which have goodwill.
I do not want my vehicles engine to be repaired, instead strictly demand a replacement.
And if that is not acceptable from your end i have to write the same to consumer court. Till then i request not to operate on the engine.

Please revert to this mail asap. If required, i can send the supporting documents for the complain.
