Vespa — new vehicle purchase complaint

Hi sir,
I just bought a new vehicle for your company and paid the advance amount 10000 paid on 20/1/2020 and remaining amount paid on 30/1/2020 for the vehicle and the dealer was not response for the registration process.
In this regard i am not willing to take delivery for this kind of activity. So, kindly refund the amount at the earliest.
