Vespa — very dissatisfied with the service provided | |||
I bought a new vespa brand new bike on may 2019. Registration no tn11al8588. From starting onward i am very disappointed with the vehicle and also the service provided. First of all you must know what customer comfort is. 1. After buying the bike, in the showroom they said, number plate we will not do. 2.in a month, while driving the side stand got dismantled from the bike and it has been serviced. 3. Fuel meter is not at all working and it has not been informed to me. When i called and inquired about this simply they are saying this is a production defect and exist in all vehicle. What a lethargic answer. I am shocked. How do i know if there is a fuel leakage or if there is no fuel. 4. Almost i have driven 4k kilometers but it has shown only 811 km. 5. Punctured tyre will not be serviced in the showroom. So, you expect the customer to look for a third party for this service. Ridiculous... Overall fantastic service!!! I have had almost all brands of bike. Never ever had this sarcastic situation in any of the service center. For buying this bike, i have been convinced so much telling that no other bike in the market will give you this comfort. But now i am telling, no other bike will discomfort like this bike. Overall having vespa is not a pride. It is a irritation. If the bike is having production defect, i don't know why you people are selling this bike in market without the knowledge of customer Was this information helpful? | |||
