Vestar — air conditioner

I have purchased a vestar ac in june 2016 from m/s rajat electronics chakrata road dehradun on his recommendation as he said it is a "o general" product
And now in aug 2017 it started troubling as there is one error which comes any
Time that that is "f4" when i contacted costumer care executed he told me motor has been damaged and it will cost rs 4000/
As i m already having 4 more ac of different company's but experience with the vestar ac is worst in its type

So i recomend not to buy vestar ac or any product
Service and product are disgusting
