Vestar — vestar split ac 1.5 ton

I have purchased a vestar ac 1.5 ton split 5 star on 20.7.17 from Sound Trading Co., Hall Bazar Amritsar. As my ac is under warranty, I have been registering complaints to serve my ac regularly since last 2 months (dtd. 26.04.18, 05.05.18, 27.05.18 & 03.06.18) on company's customer care number but I did not receive any response. I have been receiving messages reg. Completion of my ac service but actually it is a fallacy. Kindly look into the matter and do redress my greviance as doon as possible. Thanking you in anticipation.
