It is not even 4 months and my Vestar Split Ac is not cooling. On 1st July 2015, I had complained on customer care number[protected] of Vestar (18 and my complain no is DEL[protected]. They came on 3rd July to check the airconditioner and told that they have fixed the issue. But when i swtiched it at night, the airconditioner was not cooling. I again checked in the day time but still the ac was not cooling. So again, i complaiined about the same issue to Vestar customer care service on 4th July and they said that they will send someone immediately to fix the issue. Well, today is 5 July 2015 and its 3:40pm and no one has come or called up from Vestar till now. Its very bad service and I am not happy with my my new Vestar split Ac.
