On 06/08/2018, i ordered online some items of vestige marketing pvt ltd. As the items were not delivered till 13/08/2018, i made queries over phone and i was informed that it was sent to dibrugarh (Pin 786001) instead of namrup (Pin 786623), my address. Then they sent me the parcel through a bus which i collected from the bus stand. When i open the parcel which was properly sealed, i found that though the bill was according to my order, one item was missing. Out of 10 (Ten) items mentioned in the bill, item with code no. 22001 was not in the parcel, though it was included in the bill.
