Dear sir,
I have booked ticket from karur to chennai to be travelled on 22/10/2018. Suddenly i received message on 19/10/2018 that my ticket has been cancelled. When i called and enquired about this cancellation they are very rude and tone in very high.
At the time of booking the amount was rs.628. Now on 22/10/2018 morning when i checked for alternate bus the same vetri travels was available with fare of rs. 901. Knowing the demand, they have intentionally cancelled the bus and again opened the booking with higher fare.
Kindly take action in this regard.
