Vgn Temple Town — Very poor customer service

Hello,

I have booked a flat in VGN Temple town project, almost a year back. At the time of booking, they promised that handover will be in Jan 2016 and we will be intimated in November 2015. 85% of the payment is completed. But didnt receive any intimation. Then they said they will intimate the handover date in February 2016. Then they postponed it two more time and now it is mid of April 2016. I am still not sure when they are going to handover. As an NRI, I need to plan many things, but the response from VGN representatives are very poor. Handover might be delayed due to some reasons, but prior intimation and proposed handover date should be intimated to customers on a regular basis. Even if I try to contact representatives, most of the time they are not reachable. For a highly reputed company, I couldnt imagine how they are so poor in customer service. I even recommended VGN builders to two of my friends and took them to visit the project. I feel back for doing so and I would suggest them not to go for this builder. Really disappointed. I am even thinking whether I had made wrong choice in going for VGN.

Me paid in Aug 2015 and agreed possession in Apr 2017. where as still no idea even when it will be initiated. Very bad company VGN and very worst commitments.
