Vi — Reg. inability ti use my 4G network

I have filed a complaint on 17.03.2022 stating that i am unable to use 4G network on my phone constantly and the network keeps on fluctuating between between 4G, 3G and 2G.

Till 17.03.2022, i was facing this issue for 2-3 days. However, when i had filed the complaint on 17.03.2022, my network was available in 2G only. Your consumer operative promised me that your complaint will be resolved by 1800 Hrs on 22.03.2022 and highlighting that this is a maximum time for complaint redressal, however, the complaint will be resolved in 24 Hrs.

The same situation continued for 03 days and when i came from Rohtak (haryana) to Delhi on 20.03.2022, my network shifted to 4G. However, after some time, again the problem of network shifting between 4G, 3G and 2G started. Then, yesterday at around 2115, i talked to your senior executive and he promised me that the complaint will be resolved by maximum 1800 Hrs on 22.03.2022.

I have been suffering with this problem for entire day i.e. 22.03.2022. So, i called your consumer executive at 1815 Hrs, after the lapse of your complaint rederessal time period, and there was no promising response.

Seeing my above submissions, you can arise to the limit of my patience and the problems being faced by me.

Kindly arrange to resolve the issue.
