Vi — VI deactivated my no. without information | |||||
Hi, My no. is [protected]. Currently. I'm a VI user. Before coming to VI, I was in Airtel Postpaid. VI people were sending mails saying that, there is bill pending from previous operator. When I checked at airtel store, they said that all the pending bill was already settled. When I checked with VI customer care, they asked me to share the airtel receipt to [protected]@vodafoneidea.com. On 14th of NOV I've shared the receipt to VI customer care. I got a call back and they said that it will be resolved by 20-Nov-2020. They also assured me that the no. will not be deactivated. Suddenly today (17-Nov-2020) my no. got deactivated. When I called customer care, they asked me to visit VI store. VI store people are saysing that the no. is permanently deactivated. Again when I called customer care, upon continuous efforts of 1hr and explaining to various people on the call, they connected me to the the 4th level customer care. The representative was so irresponsible that, she disconnected my call saying that, I'm doing time pass. She was very irresponsible while talking. I clearly explained the importance of no. All my office work and other transactions are completely dependent on my no. This is is very bad on part of VI and I don't recommend VI to anyone. Even after explaining the importance of my no. they are asking me to wait till 20th of NOV. My alternate contact no. is [protected], in case if VI want to contact me.
