Via.com / Flightraja Travels — Flight Booking Transaction Successful but Booking Failed

I made 2 separate bookings for my mom and my dad on April 20th for a flight from Agartala to Pune for April 25 (via Kolkata). I got a PNR for my mother's booking indicating that the flight reservation was confirmed. However, for my father's booking I didn't receive this confirmation nor did I receive that the booking failed. Despite this two payments were deducted from my account. One for my mother's booking and one for my father's booking. Please see attached screenshot for two payments deducted from my bank account. Another screenshot of the successful UPI payment of Rs.13, 613 which was supposed to be for my father's booking for which we never received booking confirmation. I spoke with my bank to confirm this and they have confirmed that the payment is indeed successful and the beneficiary received the money.
On phone calls with customer care I was told conflicting information many a times about this and that I needed to wait 10 days to receive the refund if the amount was deducted. It has been more than 10 days, I have received no such refund. The bank says if the payment is successful l will not I receive a refund unless the beneficiary actively initiates one. The via.com customer care executives keep saying the same things over and over again that they have received no money on their website towards this booking. They confirmed that only one booking was successful, that of my mother's. But my father's booking failed and they have received no money towards it. I am raising this complaint because the money indeed is successfully transferred to via.com but I haven't received any communication from them that this payment of Rs.13, 613 will be refunded back to my account nor have I received any communication that the refund has been initiated. I had received no communication at the time of booking as well that the booking failed. Via.com it appears isn't taking the full efforts to check that they have received the money but it for reason isn't showing them on their booking portal which the customer care executives are referring while talking to me.
