Via.com / Flightraja Travels — Refund Not Received - FMNBA3J1K3Y0A & FMNBA3J1DN7S4

I booked ticket two flight tickets on via.com, and I cancelled them due to some issues. Tickets were cancelled before the given timeline and tickets were refundable. When I asked the team to refund the amount they told me that amount has been transferred into my account, but I haven't received it yet. So, I asked the team to share the transaction ID, so I can track it with bank as well. But now no one is responding. I haven't received my refund amount yet. Kindly look into this and help me to get my refund.
