[Resolved] Via.com / Flightraja Travels — Refund of Flight Ticket - KKMKTG | |
I have booked a flight ticket from Hyd to RJA on March 24 2020 for travel on April 24 2020. The flight got cancelled by the airline (indigo) due to non operational reasons in between of Covid-19 Pandemic. Contacted Indigo for refund and they updated refund has been processed to Via.com and asked me to claim from them. I tried contacting Via.com for this refund but they are not responding to any of my calls and mails. Please do help me with this Was this information helpful? | |
