[Resolved] Via.com / Flightraja Travels — booking errors and doesn't want to refund my money | |||
I was trying to book a last minute flight with via.com and their system sent me a booking that is not confirmed. But not knowing that they have booked me another ticket which i don’t know of and charged me an amount of money. I was asking them to refund as i didn’t get the booking and i didn’t even take the flight. But they kept responding to me with different agents with same questions. And no resolution being given. I kept asking them where can i call to resolve the issue and they just ignore my questions. Was this information helpful? | |||

Unfortunately, we did not meet your expectations. Upon thorough review of the situation, we narrowed the cause. Our team should have checked both the booking details correctly, However this ticket was issued on Salam Air which is Non refundable ticket and upon cancellation / No show there is no refund. Because of this serious oversight and as a Good will gesture we are processing a Full refund AED 2129.04 against FMNAE100X01LG1 which will reflect in your card in 5 to 7 working days. As a testament to our strive for perfection, we have taken steps to ensure that this will never happen again.
