[Resolved]  Via.com / Flightraja Travels — flight booking aborted, and amount been deducted from my account

I booked flight ticket from delhi to tirupati on 23 september 2019. The booking didn't completed and the amount of rs. 30, 335, was been deducted from my credit card.
The reffrence no. For the transaction made are - "fmnaa36g8whqe" & "fmnaa36gbgfad".
For the above i talked to customer care, the lady named miss. Ludia said that the amount will be refunded but how and when she was not clearing it out.
