[Resolved]  Via.com / Flightraja Travels — flights cancelled by airline, not able to get refunds from via

Hi.
My booking number is fmnsg106aprlc7 and my flight to china on 2/3/2020 was cancelled by airline. Hence, i’ve been asking for cancellation for some part of my group and to reschedule flights for the rest and there wasn’t any response for a long time. Eventually i decided to simplify things and cancel for everyone, there was still no response. Can you please help me resolve my issue by getting a full refund for my flights as the cancellation was initialed by the airline?
