[Resolved] Via.com / Flightraja Travels — need to book ticket with credit shell

Dear sir/madam, I Had a roundtrip booked from May to begining ofJune, from VIA.com from indigo, which got Due to lockdown.Indigo gave me full amount as credit shell for the roundtrip. Now that m trying to book Ticket for same person, with same details, but booking only 1 way ticket this time. i was informed by the airlines that to connect with a travel partner for rebooking the flight through the credit shell. Please help me to get the flight booked. Booking reference no: FMNAA3AASF9TQ P.S- Nobody is replying on their customer care number or mail, I have done both of these.
