[Resolved] Via.com — Fraudulent double booking of air tickets | |||||
Via.com fraudulently double booked my air ticket from New Delhi to Toronto and charged me for the two tickets. The incremental amount billed was Rs. 1, 75, 000. Ms. Chaitra M and Rohin (travel representatives from via.com) gave me repeated assurances that this amount would be refunded. However, that never happened. Was this information helpful? | |||||
