[Resolved] Via.com — Money refund for failed transaction | |||||
I have booked bus ticket through via.com. The booking failed but Rs.1181 deducted from my account. My bank account shows transaction is successful and money is credited in billers account. I have contacted several times to via.com, but they are saying they have not received money and my transaction is failed. And my bank is saying the transaction is successful. I have booked ticket from via.com on 1 st Aug 2016 on indigo flight from Jaipur to Mumbai PNR EC8EQD for 6 th Aug 2016 but it's been booked for 6 th October 2016 and I did the web check in on 5 th August 2016 and seat was also allotted to me. So I request you to look into this matter regarding web checkin and refund my amt in my account.
