Exhorbitant Cancellation
This is first time I used via. I booked a ticket costing Rs 2630 (FMN1P7E7IFA). I had to cancel due to some personal reasons. The cancellation charge was an exorbitant sum of Rs 2225 which is crazy. I actually wanted to book another ticket with Via but after this experience I'm surely not going to use it anymore.Customer satisfaction rating Customer satisfaction rating is a complex algorithm that helps our users determine how good

connection the page took long time to load and in meanwhile the fare was
increased. I called their customer service and told them about this.
They gave me the old fare and booked it over phone and sent me a link to
pay the price. I was surprised to see their courtesy and
responsiveness.
