Vibes Healthcare — advance payment non-refundable

I have pigmentation on face wanted to go for a laser treatment to attend for a scheduled function on 2nd feb and approached vibes on 28th jan 2017. Vibes rep convinced me to undergo laser photofacial, advanced retisee, skin brightening treatment & international treatment lines - eye care which actually costs 75k but she offered it to 46k only. She convinced that she would be taking the pictures now of my face and after the treatment and show me the results as well and everything shall be taken care etc. Convinced me to make the advance payment although i said i will do it in instalment. Unfortunately i made the payment for 46k as advance. Vibes rep took me to one of the treatment rooms, made me to lie down on bed and a doctor came and checked and said i should undergo as suggested by vibes rep, they made me to sign the invoice then & there and over & above she is likely to give me injections in every sitting of some oxygen (Not sure of medical term), then i immediately got up from the bed and said, i am not ready to take any injections as i do not have habit of going to a doctor also and i will have to ask my family members on this part. By then unfortunately i already paid advance & invoice was signed by me. After which my family members didn't allow me to go for the treatment and i followed up for refund of payment. Vibes said they will have to talk to their management etc. And they reverted that the payment once made shall not refunded and its written in the invoice and i have to refer any from my friends circle for the payment made or i can take different treatment instead of suggested treatment by them. I said, in the invoice its also written that it is not transferable how come they asked me offer it to any of my friends and if that is possible, even refund should be allowed and i argued on this point. They said it is not possible. I clearly said i do not want to come to vibes any more and i do not want to refer any of friends also due to such inconvenience to me. I requested atleast to refund a discounted amount but no one bothered to do it. I also asked how they are account this amount into their books of accounts. They said it is none of my business. I said it is my business, as i am not going to take the treatment and i paid i need to know how is it treated in their books of accounts. They said they will record it under unavailed service and i can come any time down the line after 6 months to take the treatment. Even now i am scared of their option injections. They actually tried convincing that is one of the best treatment that their doctor suggested. I am even now not convinced and not at all interested to go for vibes treatment and i will not recommend them to any of circle.
