Vibes Healthcare — billing without any service

I've contacted the vibes customer care for consultation on october 18th 2017, and got an appointment with miss kasthuri in vibes, new thippasandra branch. She asked me to go for "tekar" for my armpit fat. I went for a consultation but they said that before they have to give me advise on the treatment i have to pay full amount of rs. 38055/-. They said it can be converted to emi once i confirm the treatment process. They then took my thumb impression and bank details and she gave me a 5 minutes trial. During the trail treatment my armpit got reddish and swollen and i was experiencing extreme pain. So they asked me to go for axilla ultrasound scanning and consult a doctor. I went to consult doctor. Doctor said i am not supposed to do this treatment since it involves applying heat on the armpits. The doctor in fact suggested that i should go for surgery. I took opinions from three different doctors, all of them confirmed what the first doctor recommended, that i should go for surgery. Then i contacted miss kasthuri to discuss about it on november 3rd and asked her to cancel the emi procedure since the doctors advised me not to go for this treatment. She said she'll cancel it. But after a month, on december 1st i got message from capital float (The finance company which is servicing the loan) saying emi is due on 5th dec 2017. I contacted miss kasthuri in vibes, she said she'll call me back, but never did. Then i went to the vibes centre and another woman named rekha talked to me, she was so aggressive and unpleasant towards me and wasn't ready to cancel it. She said that i have to compulsorily take the treatment and anyways they will cut the amount every month. When i told her i'm on medication for three months for the armpit pain caused from the initial trial treatment, this was her answer. "who asked you to stop the treatment, anyway we are going to cut the amount every month.". I got a call on 6th evening from this number;[protected] and the caller asked "is this reeja madam?" i said yes and within seconds my money got deducted from my account. Since i have not taken any treatment from vibes, i want them to cancel my emis and offer me compensation for the mental and physical agony that i am going through right now and for the medical expenses i am bearing now for after effects of their trail treatment. And i am expecting a permanent solution for this issue.
