Vibes Healthcare — Complaint about non-transfer of services from bangalore to hyderabad

We are very Old customers of Vibes, Southend circle, Bangalore.
Recently, I shifted to Hyderabad from Bangalore, due to Job.
They always said that we can transfer services from Bangalore to other locations, before we paid the money.
Now, they are telling it is NON- Transferable, Out of 12 months of service, 9 months are still pending.
Pls help to transfer and avail my services in Hyderabad.

Money once deposited is not refunded, however customers are requested to contact Centre Manager.

Packages purchased can be transferred to another package or another person however certain conditions are applicable.

Packages cannot be exchanged with Salon Services and Products.
