From last 2 days we are not able to watch many channels. Some of them are colors marathi, sony marathi, star pravah, sony max etc.

I called many times to customer care & their number was constantly busy.

Yesterday they told that my package got migrated. You have to recharge as per new pack. I didn't inform earlier not even they sent any message regarding this.

I have done last recharge of 300 on 14th feb 2019 & it will end on 17th mar 2019.

Now 10-12 days are remaining & we are not able to watch half of the channels. Many of them are which we regularly watch.

How pathetic is this? Why should i recharge inbetween?

Also, one of lady customer care executive called me today & saying the same thing to recharge new pack. When i asked her reason she was shouting like criminals. They don't even have manners to talk to their clients. Her number is[protected].
