[Resolved] Videocon — Connection issue D2H | |||
I am nurul amin and my customer id is 46507305. Register mobile no during complint i had suficient balance in the account one final day i saw theyhtheyhave deducted rs 260 and it was showing negative balance., my connection is de-activated in the night i called several time and they taken complaint and said it will take 10 days time. Last 10 days i called almost 20 times and every time i have given full details till today they have not resolved my issue it is nothing but harrassement, despite i made complaint. My complaint is not ressolved before de-activation. I will take this issue on social networking site i will also give this issue in paper & will have to go to consumer court for relief against rarrasement, mental agony and loss.
