[Resolved] Videocon D2H — account subscription fraud | |||||
We did a recharge of 1425 for 3 months as instructed by the customer care of videocon d2h. But within 2 months the service got deactivated. When we connected with customer care again they told us that some extra service were being activated by there back end service team. Due to which the subscription charge were cut and the service got deactivated within 2 months. And we asked when will our subscription money be back they told us it will take 36 hrs, 48 hrs. I want to remove dance active from subscription. I am trying from d2h infinity app. but no successful. So kindly take immediate action. Rtn number is with my mother and she does not knew uses of mobile.
