Please change my registered telephone number for videocon d2h account customer id :[protected] Customer name: srinivasa kumar kv Old telephone number: [protected] New telephone number : [protected] We are unable to choose a pack and add channels. Mar 19, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved I had sent an email to the customer care at videocon and got a fairly quick response. I thus recommend directly contacting customer care via email. Videocon Industries customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
