[Resolved] Videocon D2H — changed package without intimation | |||
R/Sir iam using videocon d2h service from march 2012, my d2h no is 66212880.since march 2012 iam using telugu globe as add on package on my account along with supergold pack yesterday iam contacted with videocon customer care regarding to change my package supergold to new gold sports pack.after change my package i knew that my add on package was cancelled.iam confused and again contacted with videocon d2h customercare service, the answer they told me thats not correct according to me my reqest was to change my base package but how they can stop my add on package, even though iam not send any request to change or stop my add on package now they are telling that package has been changed you have to take every telugu channel as add on please tell me sir how it was possible without my request how they can stop runnig channels? please give justice to me Regards P Srinivasa rao M.No:[protected] Email Id:srinu.[protected]@gmail.com Was this information helpful? | |||

just dont receive their call, disconnect the call if it is form videocon, , its happen with my 2 times, i[censored] receive their call they automatic activate or upgrade and we have to used for one month.
