[Resolved] Videocon D2H — channel not viewing

Hi team,

As per trai rule, i had done my channel selection before 31st jan 2019. I did recharge with 500 rs. Even though the selected channel not viewing. I fried to call d2h customer care many times but did not reach to them. Seems videocon d2h cheated us. Please look into this or else i will have to take action on it. I did not get any call from company.even didn't get any message or mail.still some of channel not viewing.please look into this asap.

Videocon Industries customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Updated by pro1993 Still some of the free channels are not working.if these are free then why these are showing unsubscribe.and I had selected ten 1 hd but ten 2 hd is started and Ten 1 is not working.please look into this asap.
