Videocon D2H — channel selection issue | |||
Dear sir, I am the user of videocon d2h and my customer id is[protected]. I am calling customer care from 27th of january and registered complaint 2 times and complaint numbers are[protected] and[protected]. This complaints are about login issue i tried so many times after they told your issue has been resolved but i am still facing same issue. As per 'trai' rules i have to select my choice of chanel's before the due date of my previous plan i. E.9th of february. I told them to select my choice of channels on call but they repeatedly told me that there is some technical issue in system. My request is that just select my choice of channel as early as possible before the due date or start my login so that i can select by my own from my login to avoid extra charges Regards, Rajendra yashwant zende.
