[Resolved]  Videocon D2H — Charging Additional amount for same channels

Sir, Iam a Videocon D2H user[protected] since 12 years on 30th Aug2021 they changed channel numbers which is not appear on my TV now I asked customer care they told charging some for appear that facility so I don't want to be continue I request you to intervene and provide resolution
