Dear TRAI, I am a subscriber of Videocon D2h ID[protected]. I created my channel list by making a phone call to the customer care. As per your direction, NCF charges for 100 channels (25+ 75 other paid channels) is 130₹. But the customer care person is saying -your NCF charge is 179₹.How??? I asked the reason, the replay I got -you have selected channels according to you that's why you are charged 179₹. I don't know why ..?? Sir you make clear about it...! Thank You.. ADVERTISEMENT
