[Resolved]  Videocon D2H — Cheating by Videocon D2h

Dear sir,

I have Upgraded my setup box from SD to HD on 25th March 2016, and at the time of installation of new HD setup box Videocon has provided warranty of one year.

My setup is not working properly since last one week so I have requested Customer Care to resolve my issue.

Now they are saying that since one year is complete we are not responsible for any problem cause in our product.

Am faching problem since last one week that is within warranty period.

Am talking with Mr. Chirag Supervisor in Videocon D2h Customer care and he disconnect my call without any reason and resolving my problem.

Videocon D2h every time doing this kind of Cheating with his all customer.

You are requested to take strict action against Cheating and Fraud of videocon d2h with me and all other Customers.

I have faced this same issue second time.

Requested you to take action as soon as possible.
