[Resolved] Videocon D2H — close the videocon d2h connection and refund the my balance amount at on priority | |
Dear team, I would like to inform you that i did in a complaint (Complaint number is[protected] videocon d2h that the setup box of my videocon d2h has not been working since 30th june 2020. Service engineer had visited at my premises on 3rd july 2020 and after checking setupbox he was saying that sir we will replace your videocon d2h setup box including adapter from an new setup box, for that you will pay to me 450/- rs.. Apart from that he was saying that sir this remote will not working with new setupbox. So you will have to purchase an rf remote from the market. Hence i will not have to pay any one rupee for replacing the setup box including with adapter because this product is in warranty. So now i do not want to keep a long term relation with videocon d2h with this condition. Therefore you are requested to close the my videocon d2h connection at earliest and refund the my balance amount 917.14/-rs in my account at on high priority. After that i got a email from videocon like a we have registered your "refund"related complaint with service request no[protected] and it will be resolved by asap. After that i got a new one email from videocon like a we have registered your "refund"related complaint with service request no[protected] and it will be resolved by asap. After that i got a new an email from videocon d2h that we do not have any refund option available, you can continue to use the services and we will definitely help you in solving any issues that you have with our services. I would like to know that when your setup box has not been working since 30th june 2020, how can i make your service continue in such a situation. If you want that we can continue your service then you give me the replacement of the new setup box including with adapter on free of cost.
