[Resolved] Videocon D2H — d2h- rf remote not functioning

Have raised multiple complaint against videocon d2h connection - remote is not functioning from last 4 days.

Despite of resolution we are only getting false commitments that your problem would be resolved in 24 hrs, 4 hrs & within an hour.

Service request raised are getting closed without resolution and engineer are closing them stating consumer is not picking calls.

Even nodal officers are not responding to email and calls

I did email to at [protected]@d2h.com & nodalofficer.[protected]@dishd2h.com, on 9th June, but no body bothered to respond to email as well.

Hope those email could have been checked before and provided me with resolution.
