Since from last 1 & 1/2 month, i am facing n no. Of issues regarding services of videocon d2h, which includes wrong service pack activation, frequent unfair balance deductions. Fresh incident is regarding my recharge. On 5 february i recharged pack of rs. 500 for which i should get services for 30 days but they have not provide continue service even those channel which i have been selected moreover balance get deducted continuosly deducted for no reason. Again i have complained to them on their customer care but i couldn't get the service. Number of time i triend to contact customer care but it is very hardest task to get conncted with them. On 16th march at last i got connected with customer care early in the morning. Customer care lady told me to recharge by rs. 632 and she refresh my service id. She told me that i don't balance so i am not getting service so i recharge the pack. After that i can see all channels only 1&1/2 days on 19 march again message shows that i have rs. 199 balance and i old service pack get activated. What is going on? I expecting my money back and regain of platinum pack. It's one kind of mental harassment by paying money it's very serious issue. Now i am so furious, that i even don't want to use their services but unfortunately i have invested money in buying their useless products. I want my money back for the investment done on their set top box & umbrella. I hope needful action will be initiated from your end & strict action will be taken against videocon d2h.
