Videocon D2H — disk not working and customers talking wrongly bad behavior and charge for money

I am videocon d2h customers my id id[protected]. Or my registration mob. No is [protected]n today (21/09/19) my videocon d2h not working
I was called so many time to customer care but they are talking to me very bedly and miss behavior and not solved my problem
So many time i was faced that kind of problems every time they are suggesting to me for booking a engineer visit and pay the money when i was not agree and said to change my disk then they are solved to its customer care level
Please help me
