[Resolved]  Videocon D2H — I am complaining about recharge whenever they want to reduce money from my account and then they say u have got credit of 50 rs

I m complaining about the product d2h videocon. Yesterday I called videocon customer service center and I said my complaint to them about reducing my recharge on my account and they said u have taken 50 rs loan but we did not get it still. It's happened again again and called them again and they said previous answer like u had take loan but we did not get so please do something for us because they reduce money in my account again and again. My monthly pack will end on 19th October and they stop showing my channel from today . My phone no is [protected] and d2h id is 28943881 and my email is [protected]@gmail.com
