[Resolved]  Videocon d2h — improper channel activation

Cust id 59209592 recharged with rs.371, balance rs.371, due date 26/6/2019. If you are getting e-16 or e-18 error, call on [protected] from rtn.

I got above message and called d2h customer care about 8 times but my problem is not sorted out. I activated about 20 sd channels and 10 hd channels and paid 371 rupees for the same. But they activated old plan.
