Hi i m ankur from kanpur my customer i, d is 11573933 my account is disconnected last 20 days before when i m trying to call to coustmer care no buddy reply me and all the guys r giving me same reply apki call aage transfer ki ja rahi hai after call transfer phone suddenly cut and do again same processes m very angry for this behave m recharge my account for 300rs but not showing in my account today i m waitig to talk with senior but my phone hold in last 1 hour no buddy dere to talking with me i got massages proper ur problem has resolved but same problem here

Videocon d2h provider not following tri rules, they forcing to select 100 theirs selective channels, while tri said 25 DD channels are mendetry, consumer can select next 75 on their wish kindly solve this issue,
