[Resolved]  Videocon D2H — my channels not activated

Dear trai,

I am a videocon d2h user with customer id 15011653 for last 4 years0. I have moved one city to another. I have recharged my account and chosen the new package. Still, i can see only home channels. I have talked to customer care but no solution. I have complained to their email id'[protected]@d2h.com but no reply. How can i see my subscribed channels?

I request you to intervene & provide resolution. Lodging complaints again & again isn't feasible with videocon d2h. I hope needful action will be initiated from your end & strict action will be taken against videocon d2h.
