Videocon D2H — my selected plan not activated | |||||
Customer id:[protected] Date of incident: 23 feb. 2019 I selected my package one week ago but not updated. After calling many times to call center i am asked to select again as due to technical problem not updated. I again selected my package on 23 feb. 2019 but still no update. I called to customer care but same story. I am very disappointed by the response from videocon d2h. Their customer care number is always busy. Wasting lots of time to connect and further they hold the call and transfer to other department then automatically disconnected with message thank you calling videocon d2h. Please do the needful.
