Videocon D2H — non implementation of new tariff as per trai

There is no response either to emails or from helpline.
They are not taking our request for channels to be opted as per new tariff.
It will not be possible to opt on last day as lakhs of customers will be trying.
They have not decided any means to take request for change of plans.
Can you intervene & ensure customers get new plan in time.

Whenever we call they use to tell, "We will let you know" about the change.

What purpose such irresponsible organization to be exist in our eco-system, to gain their fat!?
Please TRAI or Court bring down these kind of rouge elements from business.
