[Resolved] Videocon D2H — non receipt of refund on failed recharge | |
My customer ID is[protected]. Ihad on[protected] made an online payment using my debit card for RS 339/-. The Bank reference number is POS [protected][protected]. Aitough the amount was debited from my bank account immediately the transaction failed, The transaction was done for recharge of videocon d2h ID[protected]. till[protected] the amount of RS 339/- is not refunded to me by credit to my bank account.
