Videocon D2H — not able to see the channels after paying the channel fee | |||
I am a videocon d2h subscriber and my account id is 57261348. My earlier package expired on 8-2-2019. Hence i selected the required channels as per the new guidelines tried to pay the fees online. But before debiting my account it sent a message that "we will come back to you later". But they did not turn up. Again i recharged with rs 100/- but i could view only some free channels. There was no one to take up our call in the toll free number provided by the service provider. Again the recharge amount was expiring on[protected]. Hence i recharged with rs 250/- but till now i could not view even free channels except doordarshan and republic. On contact with the local service agents of videocon they say that this will continue for some days due to rectifications works. However daily charges will get deducted from the recharge amount. My contention is, when they are not providing the service are they eligible to deduct the fees. Please guide us take suitable action against the service provider immediately. I hope this is a delaying tactics by the videocon d2h as their pockets are hardly hit due to the new guidelines which are beneficial to the consumer. Was this information helpful? | |||
