Videocond2h platforms service level has gone from bad to worse. It has absolute disregard for consumers and they seem to have shut down doors to reach them and register issues against their service. Here are few issues that i have listed below and trying to get them to resolve over the last several weeks but to no avail
Website doesn't work properly https://www.d2h.com.
We cannot choose our own pack as bouquet option does not work. Also many of the bouquets listed in their own site do not appear in the list to be chosen
When i call them to make a complaint they refuse to take complaint and insist on doing this through their website which doesn't work
Even the complaint section on website doesn't work. Their captcha never appears
I had requested them to add one channel to my existing package as i was not able to do this through their app or website. They added but i lost sercises to several other bouquets when they did this
I had sent them list of channels few weeks back by email, but they never acted on this or responded
Its extremely hard to even get connected to their customer care number. They may cite high call volumes but this shows the traffic over flow is due to poor service and their inability to provide quality service. Theri customer care number is [protected].
