Videocon D2H — overcharged for videocon d2h pack and site down

Number of times i tried logging in to thier website but it always shows site down. I had to choose the pack as per the bew guidelines by TRAI but to me sheer disappointment the website was always shows, "Error connecting to Database" for "502 bad gateway". In addition the pack taken by me is overpriced. I requested a call but no results. please look into ADVERTISEMENT
Complaint Status [Feb 01, 2019] Videocon Industries customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Updated by Dilipkhat Mar 15, 2019 I have still not received any resolution on the complaint raised.
