[Resolved]  Videocon D2H — Recharge Failed, Amount debited but not reversed back to bank account

A transaction was made by me on 17th October for rs. 1558/- of my Videocon d2h account having Customer id: 93703209

An email was written by me to Videocon customer care providing all the transaction details with payment screenshot image. Still, the customer care replies everyday asking for new details, only to delay the process and not provide any satisfactory solution.

It is just a case of simple reverse refund which the company is taken ages to process.

Is this some sort of looting technique? Even the mobile app of videocon is outdated and hangs most of the time. How are customers going to recharge seamlessly with such pathetic service?

If I do not get this issue redressed even here, I shall be restratined to take proper legal course against Videocon D2h.
