[Resolved]  Videocon D2H — regarding deactivation of chanel no 411 customer id[protected]

I have channel pack of new gold sport on my d2h customer id[protected] in last week of november 2017 i come to know the channel no 411 (Sony ten 1) is now not in this package so i call customer care to change my package to super gold and to activate this channel no 411 to my package with monthly charge of rs 38/- for which locking period is 3 months, the channel no 411 is activated on my pack only for 2-3 days and again it was deactivated without any reason given to me. I booked a complaint regarding this complaint no.[protected] dt 09122017. And request again to activate the channel no 411 again as the charge is already deducted from my account. The channel is activated but only for 1 day it again deactivated without assigning any reason to me, and i again and again call to customer care but no action is yet taken. Kindly provide the status my my complaint and valid reason to deactivate channel no 411 again and again from my channel package.
